Can I pre-book?

No. We prefer to roam the jungle free — so show up whenever you’re ready to play and our guides will get you going. Our helpful guides will let you know if you need to wait a short time before teeing off.

How long will the game last?

Generally, it'll take about 40 minutes to get around each course, but at busy times, it might take a bit longer. Don’t worry, there’ll be no need to check into the Pitz Bug Hotel.

Can I pay with cash?

To help reduce your waiting time, it’s card payments only in our rainforest. We do have plenty of rubies, emeralds and sapphires down at Rainbow Creek Mine though.

What are the rules on group sizes?

There are no limits on the size of your group visiting our rainforest. However, when playing we will ask for groups to split into a maximum of 4 and play consecutively.

What’s the minimum age to play?

Our extraordinary answer? We don’t have one – here, even the youngest golfers can have a go. But if they’re aged 12 and under, they’ll need an adult in their crew at all times.

Is there somewhere to store my belongings?

Yes there is — thanks to our free lockers, the only thing lost in our jungle is the Ancient Explorer’s lido.

Yes, our jungle is manual wheelchair and pram-friendly, so every explorer can come and enjoy a game.

What's the latest time I can play?

The last entry time to play two courses is 45 minutes before closing, and for one course, it’s 15 minutes. Darkness falls in the rainforest 30 mins after closing time, when all guests need to trek home.

Do we all play the game as one big group?

Your team will tee off in smaller groups of up to four guests. But we know a game is always better together — so we’ll make sure your tour group plays consecutively, and follow each other around both courses.

How VIP is the experience?

Only the jungle’s most famous residents make it to our VIP section. You can often spot stars from the Old Peck Theatre behind our red velvet ropes, but their schedules are too packed for meet and tweets right now.

You can! Please speak to your VIP Experiences host and they will talk you through the menu. They can take individual payments or set up a tab when orders have been placed.

Unfortunately not (rainforest border rules). But don’t worry, your drinks can be kept in your private VIP Experiences room or reserved area ready to celebrate victory or commiserate a high score

Will our host supervise the kids in a VIP Experience? What's expected of us as parents/ guardians?

While your VIP Experiences host is there to help make your VIP Experience the best it can be, guests must ensure that all children under the age of 12 are supervised at all times and that there is at least one supervising adult per four children under 12.

Of course they can. We do recommend for ages 13+ to choose one of our Group Experiences options - which offers a more grown up Experience. Children under 5 can also still take part in a Kids Experience.

How do I pay for a School Trip?

Once you've spoken with our VIP Experiences team, they will arrange payment with you. You can either pay via a secure payment link sent via email or via BACS transfer, whichever suits you best.

Rumour has it that the Thirsty Toucan Bar learned to mix fruity flavours from prehistoric aztec wall carvings. It turns out ancient spirits are a favourite of ancient spirits, apparently.

The only perfect round in our mini golf wilderness can be found on your scorecard — because our perfectly, imperfect handmade pizzas are authentically unpredictable, oval shaped and wonky, like all the best pizzas are.

Are there any restrictions on what I can purchase with my gift vouchers?

Nope. They can be used for paying for anything from Treetop – be that mini golf or our food and drink items. They can be used anytime of the day or week. If wanting to pay for food & drink with a gift voucher, please alert a member of our team before ordering. Gift vouchers do not work on our ‘order at table’ applications or on VIP Experience bookings.

Can the gift vouchers be used at any Treetop site?
