£40 GIFT VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Discovery Adventure Golf is the promoter for the purposes of the promotion
The promotion is for one Treetop Adventure Golf gift voucher worth £40 only
The promotion period is from 00:00 on 01/07/24 to 23:59 on 31/08/24 (inclusive)
The promotion is available for all Parties & Events bookings (25 guests or more) that are made through our website (adventuregolf.com)
To qualify, a Parties, Groups or Events booking (25 guests or more) must be confirmed (inc. deposit payment) during the offer period, for any booking date from 11/11/24 to 03/01/25 (inclusive).
The promotion only applies to guests that are 18 years or older (in accordance with the same age restriction in our Parties & Events bookings policy)
All vouchers will be sent by email (using the details provided on booking confirmation) to the lead booker on 1 January 2025, provided the Parties & Events booking completed without cancellation
The lead booker can redeem the voucher at any Treetop Adventure Golf location (as listed on adventuregolf.com) between 01/01/25 to 10/02/25 (inclusive).
Lead booker may be asked to show proof of ID at point of redemption at site
The voucher can redeemed for any mini-golf tickets, food or beverage items only
No cash alternative is available and the voucher cannot be transferred for any other offer or promotion
The promotion is subject to availability and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion
Discovery Adventure Golf reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so
If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Discovery Adventure Golf may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the promotion
These terms & conditions are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then must do so within the courts of England
Insofar as is permitted by law, Discovery Adventure Golf, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate recipients of the promotion or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the promotion except where it is caused by the negligence of Discovery Adventure Golf, its agents or distributors or that of their employees.
